This Warranty only applies to the original retail purchaser, from an authorized Vredestein dealer located 

in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia or any province or territory of Canada, of a new 
replacement Vredestein-brand tire that was installed on a vehicle used for personal, family or household 
purposes, and that remain on the same vehicle on which they were originally installed.
